SPECIFIC CDD-HY Food Allergen Management is a complete, balanced hypoallergenic veterinary diet with a restricted number of ingredients based on rice and hydrolysed salmon, specially formulated for dogs with adverse food reactions resulting in dermatological and gastrointestinal disorders, food elimination trials, gastrointestinal problems caused by malabsorption and maldigestion, EPI, acute gastroenteritis and inflammatory bowel disease. Suitable for dogs of all ages including puppies. Use under veterinary supervision.
  • Hydrolysed salmon protein has high digestibility and low allergenicity for dogs with food sensitivities
  • Rice has low allergenicity and high digestibility — gluten free and suitable for dogs with gluten allergy or intolerance
  • Very high quality and highly digestible ingredients especially useful for patients with small intestinal diarrhoea
  • Increased levels of vitamin A, E and B complex, zinc and selenium for healthy skin and coat
  • Increased levels of vitamins, minerals and electrolytes to support dogs with gastrointestinal problems
  • Psyllium husk — a gel-forming soluble fibre to support gastrointestinal tract regulation
  • Suitable for dogs of all ages including puppies — can be used as an elimination diet when a homemade elimination trial is not feasible
Rice, Rice Protein, Pork Fat, Hydrolysed Salmon Protein, Minerals, Protein Hydrolysate (below 10000 dalton), Cellulose Powder, Vitamins and Trace Elements (including chelated trace elements), Fish Oil, Psyllium Husk, Rosemary Extract. Natural antioxidants (tocopherols and vitamin C). Contains no added artificial colours or flavourings.
Protein 22.8%, Fat 11.8%, Carbohydrate (NFE) 48.2%, Crude Fibre 1.8%, Calcium 1.05g, Phosphorus 0.85g, Sodium 0.34g, Omega-3 Fatty Acids 0.31g, Moisture 8.5%. Metabolisable Energy 1551 kJ/100g.
Daily individual requirements may vary depending on breed, environment, season and activity level. For dogs with gastrointestinal problems divide the daily ration into 3 to 5 meals per day.
