Royal Canin Adult Dalmatian Dry Dog Food - 12kg

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] My dog loves these biscuits and I love knowing that he’s getting something nutritious. One thing I’d like to see added though is a breakdown of what meats are used, as my dog has poultry allergies. So far he doesn’t seem to be having any issues though.
The smell when you open the bag isn’t offensive (like other brands!) which was a pleasant surprise! I always put about an inch of water into the bowl too to help with fluid intake, which gives me even more peace of mind. So far, I’m very happy with these biscuits and will continue to buy them.

The smell isn't too overpowering, the portion size is fantastic and easily measurable and there has been no side effects to my boys digestion either which is a bonus! The pieces are a little large compared to other brands and it is one of the most expensive brands also but we had no issues and my boy is happy so that's all that matters!

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] Both my dogs like this. Even though they’re not Dalmatian’s they’re tucking in to this like no tomorrow. I mix these in with their wet foods and they eat it so fast and always want more.

The size of the biscuits are perfect and easily to chew and digest without any issues. The texture of the biscuits are just right and do not cause any mess when dishing them out nor do they just crumble like others do.

I recommend this brand.

My Dalmatian absolutely loved this Royal Canin kibble and was really excited for mealtimes! The size of the kibble is great too — not too big and easy for him to chew and eat comfortably. I also liked that the food didn’t have a really strong or unpleasant smell like some dog foods can.

It’s reassuring to know that it’s specially formulated with his urinary health in mind, which is another big plus for me. He clearly really enjoys the taste, and even the cat had a go and seemed to love it too! 😂

Overall, really impressed with the quality, kibble size and how much he enjoys it. Definitely one I’d happily buy again!

Just the right-sized food to allow easy eating and digestion. My dog doesn’t eat too quickly anyway and probably eats at the same speed as with his old food. He enjoyed the taste of this and finished the first bowl! His coat is lovely and soft, and he was his usual bouncy self after eating. Easy to make, I usually add a little water.

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] My Dalmatian is actually quite fussy, and with the low purine diet requirements for the breed, it is so hard to pick a food that also suits his allergy needs. Well, if you’re in a similar situation, look no further. The Royal Canin Dalmatian food is the perfect food for both purine needs but also Dallys with allergies. As you can see from the photos, he loves this food and would rather eat it than have a photo, lol. Portion sizes are perfect for my adult Dally, who actually doesn’t appear always hungry whilst eating this food. (Actually shocked, lol.) I’ve also noticed him being less stinky overall. He enjoys it, and it suits him well. Certainly a bit pricey, but absolutely worth it to have something that meets all his needs all in one bag. Highly recommend.

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] Firstly, I have never seen my dogs so excited to have breakfast and dinner every day - I’ve never had to hide the bag of dog food away during the day before, after finding one of them face first in the bag munching away! So even for that, I’m going to say that this food is a massive hit in terms of taste and quality. The biscuits themselves are texturally great for, I would say, even more elderly dogs. Overall, they seem more energised and happier in general in themselves, and I will continue to keep purchasing this when the bag is empty!

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] Massive pack. It did have a bit of a strong smell. Great resealable pack, which is brilliant, especially in this hot weather we're having. Being such a big pack makes it great value for money. The pieces are a good size, shape, and texture and were quickly devoured, although Loki wasn't too keen after a couple of days. I now just mix a handful in with his other food, so this size pack will last even longer.

My dog likes the food and has been OK with it upto now, as he has a sensitive tummy. The smell of the food is good, and not stinky. I would recommend this brand and will probably purchase it again.

I have looked at it to buy but the price has held me back in case my boy didn’t like it. Well I need not have worried. Like a typical dal when the bag arrived he was sniffing it so I put him down some for his tea. He ate it up without turning his nose up. I like the fact the bad is resealable so the food is kept fresh. Now I know he likes it I will definitely buy as it will help keep him healthy for years to come as he is only 4.

It’s always important to keep her skin looking healthy and also keep good nutritional food in her diet, and this says it has that. I was also recommended this at her vets, but so far, so good. [I received this product in exchange for my honest review] This dry dog food by Royal Canin is becoming a favourite in our household with the Dalmatian we are currently fostering. For a dog food, it smells very pleasant too, which is nice when dishing it out to our foster dog. We have started using this as an extra treat added to wet food. I love the digestive benefits of this food for better digestion, along with urinary benefits promoting better health all round for your dog with the healthy nutrients that are in the ingredients. Our foster dog is finding this food very enjoyable, and not a crumb is left after feeding her. I think it’s becoming one of her favourite foods. Not a bit of waste in sight, the bowl is licked clean!! The food itself comes in little crunchy squares and is easily crunched and enjoyed. The snap seal on the 12kg bag is very handy to keep it well sealed, making your food stay fresh and out of reach of your dogs.

He has enjoyed eating this and empties the bowl clean. The self sealing bag is handy for storage and good to know it’s keeping the food fresh inside.

I haven’t noticed an undesirable effects, apart from the odd bit off wind after the first few meals which I would expect. (I introduced this food in gradually by mixing in my dogs regular food with at first).

A great product for maintaining the health of a Dalmatian. I recommend it to all owners of the breed.
