It is recommended that a veterinarian’s opinion be sought before use or before extending the period of use. The recommended period of use is initially up to 12 weeks, and lifetime in the case of chronic pancreatic insufficiency. The product is suitable for long term feeding where appropriate. Water should always be available.
For dogs over 70kg: for each additional 5kg of body weight, feed an additional 35g of EN food.
When feeding dry and wet Canine EN, for each addition of 200g wet, reduce by 60g dry kibble.
For puppies less than 3 months of age, divide the recommended daily amount into 3-4 meals moistened. After 3 months of age, gradually reduce moistening.
For 1.5kg: For puppies, consult your veterinarian on recommended feeding guidelines.

High quality dog food tailored to my ( and my dogs’) needs

Always found this proplan GI vet diet dog food to be ideal for our two cockers, Petshop.co.uk is a reliable company with an excellent website, excellent customer service and demonstrating both a knowledgeable and efficient service. I like the ability to flexibly place a regular order as it offers the guarantee of both not running out and the ability to modify the order in the light of current needs. I also purchase Winalot shapes and Applaws on the same "bottomless bowl system", again the regularity and flexibility are welcomed.

Our younger dog has always had gastrointestinal problems and looked emaciated. He was never very hungry & would often vomit. He eventually had surgery to investigate the underlying cause but that was inconclusive. After a course of antacids, the vet recommended this kibble. He loves it and is able to eat decent amounts. He hardly ever vomits now, he looks forward to mealtimes, has put on weight & is much healthier and happier.

The best food for German Shepherd with a sensitive stomach

Our GS was struggling with constant diarrhoea and we had tried 4 different high quality, high priced foods. We had engaged with the vets to carry out tests faeces and numerous blood. We had tried just boiled rice and chicken. Nothing seemed to changes his poop. Until the Vet said try this food, so we did, within 4 days he was pooping normal. What a relief!
