First time we bought from petshop.co.uk and very impressed with customer service and price. The food arrived on time and was well packaged. We chose James Wellbeloved dog food for our Labrador cross as it has one of the highest Omega3 content on the market. Definitely recommend this flavour if you don't mind the smell of fish. To be fair it never stays long enough in his bowl to smell the house out and it doesn't smell when the bag is shut. Large size kibbles (size of a 20p coin) are great for him as he can't rush his food down and has to chew it properly.

My dogs have skin allergies so I avoid poultry in their diet. This makes it challenging to find a good food. Last month , after an overseas move, I changed to James Wellbeloved fish and rice as the food I was giving my dogs is not sold in the UK. So far, it’s early days yet, this food seems to agree with them and no breakouts on their skin.
I would also like to rate this seller. After initially buying this food from my local pet shop I was unable to get it again because of the panic buying. I tried numerous online shops without success until I tried Petshop.co.uk. This small company came through when all the big names failed. I only had about 10 days supply left when the new bag arrived. I was thrilled as by today’s standards I didn’t even have to wait that long. Thank you Adam and the Petshop.co.uk team. Suites our allergic dogs very well. Especially German shepherd who has a skin allergy to seed grass wheat and normal meat products. All as checked and approved by our vet

Our dogs love this feed but the granules used to be bigger what suited our dogs better as they gobbled it too quickly

This dog food is always eaten with great gusto buy my two dogs.. They both enjoy it. Me and a friend both became parents again last year of two brothers from Romania that where born in a killing pound.. We got them at six months old and they both had a parasite in their guts that we got taken care of at our vets.. They boys had very runny tummy for a long time.. We tried all the foods and yes chicken and rice to no great effect.. My friend found James wellbeloved fish and rice and a week later started seeing proper no 2s..so I joined him on this food and its made a big difference to my dogs digestion.. And happiness.. He can now hold himself and let me know he needs to go out for toilet instead of just going right there in house. So thank you for this great product. My other dog had no problems changing to this and loves it. Thank you so much.

Since switching their skin and fur have much improved.

Their poo is also much more formed and less of it. And less smelly too.

Both of them love it and the size of the pieces make them chew more. We have a Doberman and a Boxer.

I would recommend it. Just compare the ingredients to some cheaper brands or even some more expensive ones. And it contains more meat and items the dogs need and can digest.

cheaper than my normal supplier and very quick delivery only problem was the bags haddened been fastened and could go damp before using them so thats why ive only given 4 stars.

My dog loves this food and so does her very sensitive stomach!!! We have tried lots of so called hypoallergenic dog foods and this is the best by far. No more upset stomachs and no more trips to the vets with our very poorly German Shepherd We couldn't be happier.
