My newfoundland absolutely loved this food. She can be very fussy but she ate all of this food without protest! The kibble is a perfect size for a large breed dog and obviously it must be very tasty too. The probiotics in it also helped keep her tummy happy.

My labradors drooled over this from the moment I opened the bag. Don't get me wrong they are labradors so will literally eat anything that comes their way. However the drool quota was out of control so clearly the smell of the food initially was a big big draw. They wolfed down their first portion and would quire happily have gone back for seconds or thirds for that matter. They have in the past struggled with other foods when it comes to their bowel movements, luckily with this one they were absolutely fine. Would recommend to other dog lovers as a treat for their furry friends.

have a large dog who is a very picky eater with a sensitive stomacj and really struggle to find something he enjoys. I introduced this slowly to his diet and was really surprised how well he took to it. It didn't upset his stomach and he looked forward to dinner time for once which made such a refreshing change. The biscuits are mixed in different sizes and shapes giving variety. My only slight negative is that the larger biscuits were maybe a little too large for him and he always left them til last to eat. Not all big dogs like eating big biscuits. If they could make them a little smaller it would be perfect.

Our boxer liked these biscuits, they are a bit bigger than his previous biscuits but he still likes them.

Our crazy rescue dog, Piper, is a food lover. She will eat almost everything, including all the things she shouldn't! Unfortunately she's not very good at chewing her food, and even with a slow feeder, she often makes herself sick from inhaling her food. Thankfully I then came across Purina Beta for large breeds and the size of the kibble is huge! This means she now chews most of her food. This has meant a less smelly tummy from not inhaling food and also her teeth are cleaner, as she now uses them! I personally feel like the kibble is very lightweight and doesn't seem very substantial, but Piper is happy and that is really all that matters!

My large breed cross very much enjoyed the Purina Beta Turkey. He was very interested in the bag as it was opened and ate the entire lot in one go crunching away happily. He seemed tot prefer the larger kibble size and made far less mess than usual which we are very happy about. Would definitely recommend

First impressions Well packaged and well presented. Clear and easy to read dosage instructions, ingredients and other key information. Tamper evident packaging. Robust packaging suitable for delivery as well as in store collection. Although not resealable the packaging is thick enough to roll over corner opened. After feeding El Mutto: El Mutto seems to enjoys the crunchiness of these. We like the dual sizes/shapes which adds some variety. whilst we can't provide a meaningful quantitative assessment on any health benefits, we like that these have prebiotics to help with digestion. We phased these in and no signs of any digestive distress or discomfort. whilst it doesn't make much of a gravy, El Mutto seems to enjoy these mixed with wet food. Clean bowl every time. turkey is the top ingredient and no artificial colours, preservatives or flavourings. All in all - no complaints!

I was a little cautious at first that my dog wouldn’t be a fan on these biscuits as they as quite a lot larger than his usual kibble - but that wasn’t the case! He gobbled them up in no time, and licked the bowl clean - a definite hit from him! He can sometimes have an iffy tummy but not the case with this kibble at all. I would recommend this kibble, and will be purchasing again. Only suitable for larger breeds though, the kibble is big!

When I opened the bag (which is really strong so no danger of Cooper getting into it without me knowing) I wasn’t hit with the usual waft of kibble smell from his usual food, first thumbs up. I was surprised by the size of each piece as it’s much bigger than his usual food. However, Cooper wasn’t put off, in fact it took him longer to eat which is always a blessing with a large breed. Can’t comment on how it tastes but with not a scrap left at each serving I’d say it’s probably pretty tasty. A big thumbs up here, we’ll definitely be buying more.

My lab loves it - she was unsure at first due to the larger size of the biscuits than what she is used to but once she had her first taste she soon went back for more. In fact she chose to eat her biscuits rather than her wet dog food which says a lot! I’ve already gone out and bought a second bag as although my lab will pretty much eat anything, it’s the first dry dog food that she seems actively excited to eat.

Theo isn’t fussy when it comes to food with meat content but I can certainly notice when he has a keen interest in particular foods. This was certainly the case when it came to this dog food. He walloped it down within minutes and licked the bowl clean. It contains natural prebiotics and does not contain any artificial colours, flavourings or preservatives. This large dog breed food caters for heart & joint health. For such a healthy food I didn’t think he would enjoy it as much as he did! He didn’t leave a single crumb! A HUGE thumbs up from both myself and Theo.

My ongoing problem with my staffie is that he is not biting food instead he swallows. When i opened Purina Beta for Large Breed i was surprised how big these pieces are! Finally my dog started to eat slower and hear his teeth biting food. I am so happy of this product and will definitely buy it in the future. I cant say if he likes it or not because my dog literally eats everything. I wish it could contain more meat in % that is the only reason i took one sta

The Purina Beta Kibble smells and tastes appealing; my dog is always excited when I pick the bowl up and head to the kibble box and salivates whilst waiting for the command to eat.

The kibble is larger in size compared to other brands, this helps encourages a slower feed as my dog has to spend longer chewing the biscuits. This has been particularly helpful for us as my dog can get over excited eating and at times when he eats too fast can end up bringing his food back up.

I have noticed this kibble seems to be digested better than other brands, resulting in consistent stools and a lot less smell!

So a slow start as shiloh only has a few biscuits then walked away but after 10 minutes he got back to his bowl and didn't stop till it was all gone the biscuits are big in size compared to his old food so I believe that is why he walked away and i can already tell he loves this food as it bigger its easier to put the right amount in his bowl with the two sizes of food it is helping slow his eating down and as its natural ingredients I'm happy to feed it to him

I have one very fussy old English bulldog, that doesn't like changes in her feeding routine and she is not keen on new food, but with this one, she was so excited, she sniffed the big bag and then she just started to eat it immediately, with absolutely no issues. The best part for me is that she tolerated it very well, no upset tummy, and she seemed very happy.

Purina Beta Turkey dry dog food. My dog Jake absolutely loves this food. He's a medium sized dog but for a Border Collie he is perfect. He maintains his weight just like me (his mum!). Jake loves it especially with gravy which I know he shouldn't as I watch the salt content for him. Other than that he's really healthy, bright and has a bushy tail. He loves to outrun puppies in the park and he is now just over 3 years old. He is nervous of people though which limits the times I have to take him out. Other than that, please don't change the receipe!

My pet dog ,a smooth haired collie ( better known as a Lassie ) really enjoys and devours his daily meal of Beta Turkey dry dog . On advice of vet dentist we now give it to him as dry and he still enjoys without any additional gravy . Would recommend for price ,quality ,service ordering and delivery .
