The service from PetShop.co.uk was excellent and the price seems good. The product was as advertised but as our cat is finishing food from an older order I cannot comment on his enthusiasm, or otherwise, for this product yet hence only the 4 stars for the product at the moment.

My cat has just realised he likes fish after all and at the moment meat is off the menu! He is really enjoying his new menu and I will be reordering.

My cat loves fishy food and even though I have tried other meat flavours, he is not really interested, so a nice big box like this is very economical as I know it is something he will eat!

Quick delivery - easy to use ordering - my cats love this variety.

I placed my first order when there was a soecial offer on cat food. Easy to place the order and delivery was quick. Not the company's fault at all, but the DHL driver was most unhelpful with where I wanted the heavy boxes placed. I am a senior and can't lift the heavy boxes.

At last we have found a secure and regular provider of food for our fussy cat. Ordering is clear and easy and with a wide range of makers and varieties. Delivery is quick and efficient and packaging is good.

The cat food is usually delivered ok but this is the second time that there has been a problem.
<br>1st time delivered to wrong house well away from my sons house.

<br>2nd time was 21 Sept. The parcel was put over a 6ft fence with a similar drop on the other side onto a concrete patio. The bottom box split and most of the cat pouches in it split too. The delivery instructions from me are to leave in porch at door. My son is an invalid and cant get to the door quickly. Most of the drivers leave it on the porch and wait for my son to appear and wave to them.
<br>We usually dont have any problems with yodel but recently there has been. This last one in pareticular as most of a cotents in one of the boxes have been destroyed.

I am very glad to have found PetShop, and the cats enjoy their pet-friendly emails. All products have been good, well-packaged and fast service. We will definitely be back for more!

Great service - goods arrived within 24 hours.<br>A bit more expensive than at local supermarket (£6.23 per box as opposed to £4.50) but that included delivery to my front door of a rather heavy parcel - and they actually had stock available in these troubled times - not always the case at local supermarket.

Our cat really likes this cat food and will not eat dried food so this service during this difficult time is fantastic.
